Regarding the data we've been asked to provide, we immediately get to work verifying the collected information and confirming availability which means we haven't ordered it from our report-exchange partners, organizations, or translators during this time frame and we also did not spend our pre-subscribed credits to buy that data yet.
2. Please amend the request by email or WhatsApp to correct the specified company name or report type if an order hasn't yet been executed.
3. Kindly send an email for a refund or contact our customer support within the time frame.
